Clermont Senior Services invites you to be a sponsor for our second annual 5K race to support older adults in our community.

In sponsoring this event, you'll be providing essential funds for seniors in our community and the opportunity for all generations to gather in celebration. This event wouldn't be possible without the generous support of our sponsors helping with the costs of this event.

We host this event in May to celebrate Older Ohioan's and Older American's Month, raise awareness of our services, and to bring people together across the county so that we all may grow old in good health, with dignity, independence, and the support of community.

At Sycamore Park in Batavia, participants walk or run through the beautiful Wilson Nature Preserve on a trail, weaving between wildflowers, trees, and across bridges. There's also an option for people to walk on the half mile paved pathway through the park, making this an accessible event for all.

All funds raised through this event support seniors in Clermont County:

  • $25 = a senior with home-delivered meals for a week

  • $50 = a grab bar installation in a senior's shower

  • $100 = a microwave for a senior to heat up their own meals

  • $200 = 100 free rides for seniors to attend medical appointments

  • $500 = 30 hours of home health care to seniors in need

  • $1,000 = a new ramp for a senior to access their home
