1. How do I sign up for services?

Call our office at 513-724-1255. The receptionist will forward your call to the department of the service you would like to receive. You can also find the direct phone number to our various departments here:
2. What's the cost for services?

Our services are at no cost to recipients! We are funded through the Clermont County Senior Levy and we are a payer of last resort. When applicable, we will charge insurance companies for cost of services, but the payment for services does not fall on the individual. In addition, each month, we send a donation request based on services received. This is a suggested donation. Participants are still able to use our services at no cost, even if they do not donate.
3. How old does a person have to be to receive services?

We serve individuals at age 60 or older. For housing, we serve individuals at age 62 or older. For more information on eligibility for services, click here:
4. Do you provide services on the weekend?

Currently, we do not provide services on the weekend.
5. Where does transportation take people?

Transportation focuses first on medical appointment trips. Individuals can also sign up for monthly personal trips, like going to the hair salon, grocery store, or bank. We do not transport people to our Lifelong Learning Centers due to the need to prioritize medical rides. 6. My caregiver needs to come to my medical appointments with me. Can they also ride on the transportation vehicle, even if they are not a senior?

Most of the time, yes. If we have full schedules and buses, sometimes we may not be able to accommodate a ride for a caregiver due to the need to prioritize senior patients first.
7. What activities are at the Lifelong Learning Centers?

We have a wide variety of activities available at both our Miami Township Civic Center location and our Union Township Civic Center location. These include exercise classes like Silver Sneakers, chair volleyball, basketball, and more. We also host dance classes, arts and crafts, entertainment by local performers, and visits from different local organizations. Each month, we post our activity calendars on our website so you can see a live, up to date version of what is currently available. You can find them at the top of the page:

8. Can I go to the Lifelong Learning Centers if I don't live in Clermont County?

Yes, all people at the age of 60 or older are welcome to attend our Lifelong Learning centers. There is a cost for some individual classes, but most of the programming is free.
9. Is there a place to go for a hot meal in the afternoon?

Yes. On Tuesdays and Fridays, we serve a hot lunch at 11:00am at our Lifelong Learning Center in the Miami Township Civic Center.
10. Do you provide respite for caregivers?

Yes, we provide in home respite care for caregivers. You can call our offices at 513-724-1255 for more information and getting signed up for that service.

​​We also have an Adult Day Services program for individuals diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other cognitive or physical impairments from 8:30am – 3:30pm to provide relief to caregivers. For more information, click here:

In addition, we host a Caregiver Support Group on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 10:00am-12:00pm at the Adult Day Services Building, located next to the Agency’s Administrative offices. For more information, click here:
