For nearly forty years, we have been providing and coordinating in-home and community based services, which enable older adults to live independently for as long as possible. Our adult day center is called the Welcome Center by participants and family members because of the personal attention and care our customers receive. Our ratio of one staff person to six participants makes personal attention possible. Learn more about our Adult Day Care.

Our social workers and nurses provide consultation for long term care services and, when appropriate, work with older adults and their families to develop a personal plan of care to meet the individual’s needs, and assist with obtaining other services, such as food stamps, Medicaid and housing. Caring for a spouse or parent is physically and emotionally demanding. Caregivers may feel helpless, overwhelmed and need help. We offer a variety of support services to help relieve caregiver stress. Learn more about Caregiver Support.

Certified home health aides provide personal care that includes assistance with bathing, personal hygiene, and other daily living needs. We also offer homemaking services. Learn more about our Home Care services.

Minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other minor repairs are provided in cooperation with Clermont County Community Services. Learn more about our Home Repair services.

We operate five senior housing facilities for senior citizens, located in Amelia, Felicity, Goshen, New Richmond, and Williamsburg. A sixth facility is scheduled to open in November 2009 to serve the Union Township community. Find out about our housing facilities.

The meals-on-wheels program provides a nutritious, weekday meal to homebound, older residents of Clermont County. Meals are delivered daily or weekly, based on customer needs. Learn more about receiving Meals-on-Wheels.
