Clermont Senior Services operates new , safe affordable housing for seniors with five locations throughout Clermont County. A sixth facility is scheduled to open in April 2010 to serve the Union Township community.

All the facilities are similarly designed, offering one-bedroom apartments for independent living. All utilities are included in the monthly rent, which is based on 30% of an individuals monthly income. Residents must be age 62 or older and meet eligibility guidelines.

Summerside Woods

Opening May 2010!

Rent subsidies are available through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Residents pay 30% of their monthly income for rent. All utilities are included except. telephone and cable TV.

Applicants must be 62 years of age or older with an annual income below $24,200 ($27,700 for two people).
