Home Repair

Minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other minor repairs are provided. We have experienced volunteers, and paid contractors we use to provide labor.

Without the help of this program, I would have to sell my home. They are always so kind to me. God bless you and this program. I know you all work hard to keep us taken care of.

Home Repair Customer

Limited funding may also be available for major repair needs such as wheel chair accessible ramps, roof repairs, and furnace repair and replacement.

Eligibility:

  • Age 60 and over.
  • Resident of Clermont County.
  • Owner occupied home.

Cost:

  • Home owner pays for materials.
  • Clermont Senior Services pays for labor.
  • Grant assistance may be available for some repairs.
