Certified home health aides provide personal care that includes assistance with bathing, personal hygiene, and other daily living needs.

Home Care Customer
Homemakers provide help with light housekeeping, laundry service, grocery shopping and other errands (for older adults with little or no family support.)
Respite Care
Respite care is available for unpaid, 24-hour caregivers. Typically service is provided four hours a day one day a week.
Eligibility:
- Age 60 and over.
- Resident of Clermont County.
- Unable to perform all or some of the activities of daily living.
- Has little or no assistance in the home from family or friends.
- Assessment by a social worker or nurse.
Cost:
- No fees for service; customer donations/cost shares are requested.
- Some customers may qualify for financial assistance through the PASSPORT program.
