Information and Referral

Our social workers and nurses provide consultation for long term care services and, when appropriate, work with older adults and their families to develop a personal plan of care to meet the individual’s needs, and assist with obtaining other services, such as food stamps, Medicaid and housing.

Adult Protective Services

This program helps monitor frail, vulnerable older adults at risk of abuse, neglect or exploitation. Service is provided in conjunction with the Clermont County Department of Jobs and Family Services.

I am constantly impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I have been in contact with at Clermont Seniors Services.

Home Care Customer

Provides in-home mental health assessment for seniors. Connects seniors to other resources; assists in solving problems and coping with life changes. Service is provided in conjunction with the Clermont Counseling Center.

Eligibility:

  • Age 60 and over
  • Resident of Clermont County
  • An evaluation is made to determine if the service is appropriate to meet the individual’s needs.

Cost:

  • No direct cost to participants.
