HIPAA Privacy Notice

This service provides transportation to Clermont County seniors who need assistance in getting to medical, business and personal appointments, and our senior centers. Personal appointments are provided as time allows.

Eligible Riders

Transportation services are available to residents of Clermont County age sixty or over.

Service Areas

Clermont County - all services.
Hamilton County - medical only.

Appointment Priorities

We will make every attempt to accommodate the time and date requested.
Medical appointments will be given first priority.
Appointments for business or grocery shopping will be accommodated as available.

Monday thru Friday

8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Transportation Guidelines

The following guidelines are provided to help us better serve you.

Your Responsibility

Request services at least two or three days before the time and date needed and no more than two weeks in advance.
If unable to meet your appointment, please call our office as soon as possible.
Be a safe and courteous rider.
Use of seatbelts while riding is required.

Our Responsibility

Provide service at the time and date requested or assist in rescheduling.
Call the day before or the morning of to confirm your appointment.
Contact you as soon as possible if an emergency requires a change.
Provide prompt, safe and courteous service at all times.

Cost of Service

Transportation is provided to all eligible recipients regardless of income level for a suggested donation of:

Clermont County

Medical / Personal, etc. ..... $ 2.00

Activity Centers .................. $ 1.00

Cincinnati (Hamilton County)

Medical trips only ............... $ 4.00

No fees are charged and no one can be refused service if they cannot afford to donate.
