    Clermont Senior Services operates three senior housing facilities for senior citizens, located in Goshen, New Richmond, and Williamsburg.  A fourth facility is scheduled to open in March 2007 to serve the Felicity-Franklin Township community and a fifth facility is scheduled to open early 2008 to server the Amelia area.

    All the facilities are similarly designed, offering one-bedroom apartments for independent living.  All utilities are included in the monthly rent, which is based on 30% of an individuals monthly income.  Residents must be age 62 or older and meet income guidelines.  For more information please call the resident manager listed below.
