    As a nonprofit organization, Clermont Senior Services is governed by a Board of Trustees.  Our volunteer trustees are from communities throughout Clermont County and reflect the diverse nature of the community.

    The Board of Trustees duties include:

• Hiring and supervision of the Executive Director.
• Establish policy to govern the agency.

• Revenue development and financial oversight to assure the integrity of business operations.

• Monitor and evaluate programs to assure high quality performance and delivery of services.

• Long range planning to guide the agency in addressing the changing needs of the people we serve.
